These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. Termination

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose. The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

For European Union (EU) Users

If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. International art exhibition is open to all undergraduates and postgraduates who are currently enrolled at a local OR international university. The artwork(s) has to follow the THEME: CONTINUING LEGACY, FOSTERING IDENTITY, which participants have to visualize SILAT CEKAK PUSAKA HANAFI or SILAT NUSANTARA.
All forms of artwork are 2-dimensional: Drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, illustration, comics, collage, or mixed media on any suitable surface with any style of art. Any generated computer (Ai) also accepted.
Any digital art or, which applicable has to be in printed version. Sent your artwork not late than 25.5.2025 to;

Each student can participate as individual or in a group as duo partner per entry with another student who also enrolled in the same or different university or with his/her lecturer/supervisor/advisor.
Size per artwork(s): Minimum A5, maximum A4. Each participant can submit no more than 2 artworks per entry.
Each participant has to register via this system and has to submit 1-2 pages of artist’s statement together with profile and selected artwork(s) in Microsoft words file for E-book catalogue exhibition.

Exhibition fee:

Local - Malaysian Nationality (studying in Malaysia or abroad): RM10
International - Non Malaysian (studying in Malaysia or abroad): USD 10

Each entry will be provide with E-certificate of Appreciation and E-book catalogue exhibition

Exhibition duration: 1 month (Gallery 1, CCA, UiTM Kelantan, Machang Campus). Additionally, submitted artwork will be displayed in other venues following the last exhibition.
A number of sub-programs or activities will be planned during the show, including art markets, sharing sessions, Silat Cekak Pusaka Hanafi performances and demonstrations, and a fashion wear competition.
Exhibition process: Participant registration > payment of fees > artwork production and subsequent delivery of work to the specified address > upload participant biography (Microsoft word file) and share google drive link at REGISTRO
For the purposes of upcoming exhibitions, sales, promotions, digital printing rights, and uploading to the association's official website and social media, the Silat Cekak. Association UiTM Kelantan will oversee all of the works that are part of the showcase.
